Little man Triton is so stinking adorable.  I love newborns.  Really truly love them.  He was a whopping 5 days old in these photos.  And already has a little faux hawk going on!  Love.

Keanna was a blast to work with.  We seriously had so much fun.  First we went to the stables where her horse is.  What a gorgeous horse!!  And then we headed over to Cheeseman to get some more gorgeous shots of her.

I know I know I know, it's only September!  But in all seriousness, it is time to start thinking about your family photos!  I am completely booked for the entire month of September and all sessions must be completed by December 1st to guarantee your photos will be ready before Christmas! That leaves just October & November to get those sessions done!

This year, I am so excited to be offering Christmas card designs to all of my clients!  I have 10 fantastic Christmas Card designs to choose from and will be offering these to all of my clients prior to Christmas!  For the first pack of 25 cards (including envelopes)  the cost is $75 with each additional pack of 25 at just $50.  We can customize colors, fonts, and the message presented to represent your family!

While my brother & his wife were visiting from California, we did an impromptu photo shoot at our parents house.  They just got married in November and are adorable together.  Love both of them! Here are a few shots of the cute couple.

Casting Call! | Parker Colorado Children's Photographer

Calling all moms & mommy to be's!  Kaeli Jo Photography is on the hunt for a few special kiddos to build a new feature!  I have been in the process of creating a "baby plan." The baby plan would include a newborn, 6 month, and 1 year photo shoot for one discounted cost and you would receive special prints/products at each session.  I will have the option to pay all up front, or a financing plan.  Before I can finalize this, I need a few more shots for my portfolio, which is where you are in luck!

All participants in this casting call will receive a no session fee shoot, 1 free 8x10 and 1 free mini-accordion album as well as 50% off all other prints and products.  This is a $200 value!

For this casting, I need one or two newborn girls (10 days old or less!).  Mama's who are pregnant and due within the next 30-45 days are eligible for this shoot!

I also need two 6 month old girls and one 6 month old boy (or close!).  For this shoot, I prefer kiddos who are sitting independently.

And last, but certainly not least, I need two one year old girls and one one year old boy!

Hooray!  Cassie is such a gorgeous pregnant woman!  I literally cannot love these pictures any more.  And mega props to Cassie for those heels!  There is no way I would have even thought about heels at 36 weeks pregnant, but she totally rocked them!  Here's a few more of this gorgeous couple.

As a photographer, I want to continuously challenge myself to get more creative.  I've taken classes, I've participated in workshops, and I ask for honest critique from other photographers to help me improve.  I often get caught up in taking pictures for clients and forget to capture our every day life.  It's hard to find a balance between getting the perfect picture for a wall portrait, and candidly capturing the lives of my children and family.  The other day we got home from running some errands and there were huge puddles on the ground from the rain we had just gotten.  Elizabeth is currently obsessed with rain, so I thought it would be fun to let her play in the puddles.  I grabbed my camera and she went to town.  She didn't want to take direction, so I just went with it.  And soon Logan joined in on the fun.  Here are a few photos from our fun :)

Oh how I adore this little boy.  He is so stinking cute!  And always smiling!!!  Even when he was totally over having his picture taken, he was still smiling.  His mommy had the adorable idea of putting him in the bed of a dump truck!  We used a new one for one set, and then used his daddy's old antique dump truck for another.  Love him!

Cassie and Josh were so much fun to work with!  And Cassie is just gorgeous.  Probably the cutest pregnant woman ever.  I can't wait for part II of our shoot since it was POURING outside on the day of.  We wait and wait for rain and then of course it comes on the one day we don't want it!
